We like to hear from everyone about improving our software, from simple observations to adding new features.

However, suggestions and development requests must fit the general aims of the PJ Platform. We're building one system and must avoid adding custom code at all costs. (It wreaks havoc with development, upgrades etc.)

Please note that all requests we receive are recorded in our future development document for analysis, specs outline, and prioritisation. We currently have over 400 suggestions already in the document and it will take time to do them all. This means that unless you have a brilliant and easy-to-do idea, you will likely have to wait.

What's important to you might not be important to others. Everyone has their priority list.

Of course, business is business and quite often, it's urgent. Therefore, we offer a per-day rate to rush development forward. We’ll drop everything and attend to it. Our per-day rate is £280 (or c€325/$355) (min 1 day). This is more of a prioritisation fee than a development cost (the real cost of development, absorbed by us, is much higher).
