Where are PJ based?

How much does the system cost?

The different plans range between $140 and $700 per month

Can I build my own editable products?

Yes. It's all done inside the browser. Simply upload a PDF, and the software will automatically ‘find’ all the xy coordinates, fonts and font sizes of all the text and picture fields. You don’t need any plugins for Acrobat or InDesign

Will the PJ system work in my country?

Yes, PJ is web-based and can handle all currencies and locales (i.e. date, time and address formats). If you intend to take web payments, instead of invoicing your clients, you might need to check with Stripe or Authorize.net to see if they work in your currency.

Can I get rid of all references to PrintJob?

Yes

Does PrintJob offer a design editor tool for the clients?

We are building it now.

Are you linked with any Accounting systems?

We are fully integrated with Xero's online accounting software. Xero has clients globally. All orders generated through PrintJob will appear immediately as invoices in Xero.

Who is the software aimed for?

Our primary market has always been print and print management companies, but we also have clients who are charities, political parties, NGOs and corporations.

Is PrintJob available in my language?

The client view system (the Storefront, which includes custom systems) is available in 11 languages. If you want it in your language, we’ll let you become an official translator (roughly 500 words for the Storefront)

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. Go to ‘Admin Settings > Domains ‘ to find the setting.

Can the system emails come from my own domain name?

Yes. Go to ‘Admin Settings > Admin Branding’ to find the setting. You may need to implement some SPF settings.

We would prefer our logo showing on the storefront and all system emails, not the PrintJob or “Powered by PJ” logo.

Yes. Go to ‘Admin Settings > Admin Branding’ to change the graphic.

Which Admin gets the emails?

Admin is listed as recipient for a number of system emails. System emails will go to all the admins where applicable. For example:

“New Job To Admin” & “Status Update / Message Notification” go to admin and junior admins, if the junior admin is assigned to that account.

What happens when a spending budget or a spending limit expires?

A spend limit is a restriction on what can be spent by a group of users. This budget has two characteristics.

A) amount of spending they can do eg $100 and
B) the date on which the spend budget expires, when the restriction is relaxed.

When the budget expires, the budget ceases to restrict users, and they can spend freely.
If Admin sets a budget but ignores the expiry date (ie: doesnt give one) the budget will not expire.

What happens when an account is suspended?
If Admin suspends a client account, all settings and users and data are retained, but no user for that account can login. Normal Service will resume if the account is ‘unsuspended’.

How do I generate invoices?
This feature is found on all Job view pages
